Ruthie Lee-Esene founded The Ameriworld Foundation to turn potential into progress and give youth the power to build their future with purpose. With nearly two decades of leadership in human development, education, and organizational strategy, she recognized that young minds need more than inspiration — they need access, guidance, and real-world tools.
Through her vision, Ameriworld stands as a bridge between learning and leadership, connecting technology, mentorship, and innovation to create lasting opportunity. Ruthie’s work is driven by a belief that when youth are equipped to lead, entire communities rise with them.
